Our charters come with a skilled crew, emergency equipment, fuel, and standard refreshments. Depending on the package selected — for example, sunset tours come with gourmet bites and premium non-alcoholic drinks, while business charters offer meeting amenities and professional catering options.
How early should I reserve my booking?
To secure your preferred date, it's advisable to book 2–3 weeks in advance, or 4–6 weeks beforehand for public gatherings and business events to ensure availability and customization time, particularly in high season from May to September.
What is the protocol for inclement weather conditions?
The safety of our passengers is paramount. In the case of weather deemed hazardous by our captain, we'll propose an alternative date or issue a complete refund. We actively monitor meteorological conditions and provide notifications 24 hours prior to departure if prospects are uncertain.
Am I permitted to bring my own snacks and beverages?
Guests are free to bring their favorite food and drinks aboard. Additionally, we provide exceptional catering services with customizable menu options. Kindly note that, for safety, glass containers are prohibited onboard.

What are your terms for cancelling a booking?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are entitled to a full refund. Those cancelled between 24 to 72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded, except in circumstances of unfavorable weather or yacht malfunctions on our part.
