By booking a charter or accessing our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

CedarCloudPaper offers luxury yacht charter services, which include the following:

  • Exclusive events
  • Extended charters

Service availability is contingent on weather conditions. We retain the right to alter or cease services when necessary.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a yacht, you are required to:

  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Submit precise and comprehensive information
  • Pay the necessary advance as indicated in the reservation confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Booking is verified only after the payment receipt and our written affirmation. We may decline service at our own discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter services depend on the vessel's availability and favorable weather conditions. We endeavor to fulfill your requested schedules and dates whenever feasible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All service rates are presented in € and encompass all relevant taxes, unless otherwise specified. Rates are subject to adjustments without notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the complete charter cost is due upon reservation
  • Remaining Cost: Payable 48 hours prior to the charter’s start
  • Supplementary charges (if applicable): Settled after the charter concludes

4.3 Payment Methods

We admit several modes of payment such as major credit cards, bank wires, and verified checks. Payments are processed through protected, encrypted services.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Afore 72 hours from departure: Full reimbursement minus transaction fees
  • Between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure: Half the amount will be refunded
  • Within 24 hours of departure: No reimbursement is granted

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should the captain judge weather conditions to be perilous, our options are to:

  • Propose a new charter date without added fees
  • Issue a complete refund if rescheduling is inviable

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In the event that your designated yacht encounters mechanical failure, we will attempt to offer an adequate alternative. If there is no alternative, a full refund will be given.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Every guest is required to:

  • Heed all instructions given by the crew
  • Utilize safety gear when mandated
  • Alert the crew about any medical issues that may have an effect on their safety
  • Stay within specific areas of the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are barred from the yacht:

  • Glassware
  • Illicit materials
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Excessive amounts of non-alcoholic drinks
  • Animals (except if pre-authorized)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers must act respectfully at all times. We reserve the authority to terminate a charter without refund, should the behavior of any passenger create a security threat or disrupt other guests.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our accountability to the cost paid for your charter. We are not responsible for:

  • Injuries resulting from a guest’s carelessness
  • Theft or damage of personal belongings
  • Indirect, resultant, or penal damages
  • Delays due to weather or other uncontrollable factors

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We possess comprehensive maritime insurance that includes our fleet and operations. Passengers must have their travel and personal insurance coverage.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

You accept that participating in our charter services means engaging in activities that carry inherent risks, and you take full responsibility for your own security and health.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We may alter plans, paths, or schedules based on meteorological conditions, safety motives, or operational necessities. We will aim to provide similar alternatives when feasible.

9. Force Majeure

We hold no accountability for hindrances, cancellations, or modifications compelled by events outside of our control, including, but not restricted to:

  • Extreme weather states
  • Natural disasters
  • Mandates from the government
  • Port shutdowns
  • Vehicular malfunction

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your private data is managed compliant with our Privacy Policy. Using our services implies your consent to the capturing and use of your details according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials on our site, such as text, visuals, branding, and imagery, are under the protection of copyright and are not to be duplicated, disseminated, or recreated without our express permission.
